Overview
A status page gives your users a single place to check whether your services are running. Signalog status pages are fully customizable, support dark mode, and update automatically based on your monitor data.
Creating your status page
- Navigate to Status Pages in the sidebar and click New Status Page.
- Enter a name (e.g., “Acme Status”) and an optional subdomain (e.g.,
statusforstatus.signalog.dev/your-team). - Click Create.
Adding components
Components represent the individual services displayed on your status page. Each component shows a status indicator and can be linked to a monitor for automatic updates.
- On your status page, click Add Component.
- Enter a name (e.g., “API”, “Dashboard”, “Database”).
- Link a monitor — Select an existing monitor. The component status will update automatically when the monitor state changes.
- Set the initial status: Operational, Degraded Performance, Partial Outage, Major Outage, or Under Maintenance.
Component groups
Organize related components into groups for a cleaner layout. For example, group “API”, “Webhooks”, and “OAuth” under an “API Services” group.
- Click Add Group and enter a group name.
- Drag components into the group, or select the group when creating a new component.
- Groups are collapsible on the public page.
Customizing appearance
Open Status Page > Settings to configure the look and feel:
- Logo — Upload your company logo. Displayed in the header.
- Accent color — Pick a brand color used for buttons, links, and status indicators.
- Header style — Choose between a full-width header or a centered layout.
- Dark mode — Enable dark mode as the default, or let visitors toggle between light and dark.
